HR Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level, Training Provided)

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings. You will also be involved in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Our team in Canggu is vibrant and supportive, providing a great work environment to help you grow and succeed. The salary for this position is USD 2600 - 3000 per month, with additional benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Assisting in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities using HR software like BambooHR or Greenhouse.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Offering excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or projects will be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
