As an HSE Officer, you will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to develop and enforce safety policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and contractors, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. With your strong communication skills and leadership abilities, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations as per Indonesian labor laws and international standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on safety and environmental best practices.
Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety and environmental compliance on all project sites.
Work with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and contractors, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field, such as Indonesian OHSAS 18001 or International OHSAS 18001.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
