📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update our customer database using Zoho CRM.
- Assist in the organization and management of administrative tasks.
- Ensure all customer service interactions are professional and courteous.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Proficient in using Zoho CRM and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
