📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and transparency
• Manage and coordinate investor meetings, calls, and conferences
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials to investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and individual investors
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards
• Analyze market trends and investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Represent the company at investor events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with financial reporting software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools
• Knowledge of investor relations best practices and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
