📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide assistance in the preparation and submission of tax returns (SPT) to the Indonesian Tax Authority (Pajak).
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Support the finance team in the analysis of financial data and trends.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of financial records and documents.
• Provide support in the preparation of budget estimates and forecasts.
• Assist in the coordination of financial activities with other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fintech company.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
