• Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our in-house reservation system.
• Handle reservations and table bookings, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, following health and safety protocols.
• Assist with event planning and setup, ensuring a seamless experience for special occasions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a luxury or high-end dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse personalities.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is beneficial.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 kg and stand for long periods of time.
