📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in HR development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing talent strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors.
