As a Gold Mine Engineer at PT Bangka Belitung Mining Solutions, you'll be part of a team dedicated to extracting gold responsibly and efficiently. Located in Pangkalpinang, you'll work with state-of-the-art mining equipment and software, including AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac. Your daily tasks will involve planning, executing, and monitoring mining activities to meet production targets while maintaining the highest safety standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement mining plans using AutoCAD and MineSight to maximize gold extraction while minimizing environmental impact.
- Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
- Monitor and analyze production data using Surpac to identify areas for improvement and optimize mining processes.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for mining challenges.
- Provide technical support and training to mining personnel on the use of mining equipment and software.
- Prepare and present regular reports on mining activities, production, and safety to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mining efficiency and sustainability.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gold mining operations.
- Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
- Certification in safety management and mining operations (e.g., CMI, CSP, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
