As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring high sales performance, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report sales performance and other relevant metrics to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Experience in the retail and consumer products industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
