📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes by implementing best practices and procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse, ensuring the well-being of all staff and the smooth flow of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and inventory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
