PT Indah Optima is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
