In this role, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing operations, ensuring that we source high-quality products at competitive prices, and that our suppliers meet our standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the purchasing process to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for sourcing.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities are in line with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to the management on purchasing activities, trends, and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail industry is a plus.
