📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral.,Create high-quality graphic designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design quality.,Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.,Provide creative input and solutions to design challenges, ensuring the company's visual communication is effective and engaging.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers and team members.,Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects.,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
