ZAP Group is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Seminyak. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure efficient use of vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs, and ensure they are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the fleet insurance and registration, and ensure all documents are up to date.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
