📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Utilize learning management systems to track and manage training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
