📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
