📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and budgets.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
