📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support for Shopify storefronts, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Set up and configure Wi-Fi networks, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and devices, including performing regular maintenance and updates.
• Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with IT systems and devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Wi-Fi networks, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
