📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.,Organize and prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student understanding and progress.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and participation.,Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and support professional development.,Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on curriculum and teaching strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different teaching styles.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid teaching certification or relevant professional qualifications.
