📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities through market research, client interactions, and industry trends.,Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Creating and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new business contracts.,Negotiating and closing sales deals with potential clients, ensuring that the company's needs and goals are met.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive business development initiatives.,Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
