📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
