Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Instructor & Learning Analyst to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that align with our clients' needs and Accenture's business objectives. You will also be involved in analyzing learning data to continuously improve our training programs and ensure their effectiveness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs that align with our clients' needs and Accenture's business objectives.,Analyze learning data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our training programs.,Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.,Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective training.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and learning analytics.,Participate in Accenture's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.,Contribute to the development and implementation of Accenture's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs for clients in various industries.,Experience in analyzing learning data and using it to improve training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems and data analytics tools.,Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
