HRnet One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT & Cybersecurity Executive to lead our ISO27001 certification process. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our information assets and maintaining compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ISO27001 certifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the implementation and management of ISO27001 certification, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.,Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect HRnet One's information assets.,Oversee the security of HRnet One's IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and applications.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential security threats.,Provide guidance and support to IT staff on cybersecurity best practices and policies.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and IT, and apply this knowledge to HRnet One's operations.,Ensure that HRnet One's cybersecurity policies and procedures are in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity, with a focus on ISO27001 certification.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor are a plus.,Strong understanding of risk management and compliance with international standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HRnet One's business and industry is a plus.
