📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of engineering projects for IHG hotels in Bali.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our hotels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the engineering and sustainability fields.
  • Report on project status and performance to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on hotel development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali, Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
