📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Monitor and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.,Ability to manage and mentor a team.
