📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers.,Assist in the sales process by gathering and verifying client information.,Help prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.,Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and targets.,Stay informed about industry trends and new insurance products to provide valuable insights to the sales team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service in the insurance industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
