Home Bay Lestari is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Deliver training programs to employees, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training programs and the development of employees.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new employees, including the development and delivery of training programs for new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
