📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's accounting processes and systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
