📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with inventory management and ordering.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance.
